Excellent Value, Cozy and Comfy

The staff are lovely and very helpful, they were able to provide any of our needs within moments. The hotel is also nicely kept and cozy! The location is gorgeous! With the temple and art museum across the road, it has a comfy and stunning vibe.

I tend to be quite the germaphobe and noticed that the shower curtain appeared to have never been cleaned. The room itself was quite small, just enough space for a double bed.

Perfect location, a few steps from the hot trend cafes in Ikseondong. Quiet and next to subway station. Direct bus stop to airport right opposite.

Book this hotel for its great location and value

Location was great. Also value-for-money. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Upon check-in, found out that the air conditioner/heater is not available for this period. For ventilation, I had to open the window for some airflow. A notice was pasted in the elevator to say "Due to seasonal reason, air conditioner may not be available for the heating of the room" (from 10 Oct 2023 to 10 April 2024). During my hotel stay, there was some construction going on next door to the hotel, starting from rather early morning. It was quite noisy at times as I couldn't close the window otherwise it would be very stuffy in the room. Guess this is an unfortunate one-off episode, but otherwise everything is fine.

Very Good

The location is great for visiting the nearby attractions. The room is very spacious and love the heated floor, great for winter.

Getting here by airport was a bit of a challenge and long. Maybe next time I will try hongdae.

Great location and convenient

Location was great, close to anguk station, (get out of exit 3 and looked up to your right, you'll see a big sign on the building) and only a short walk to Insadong and bukchon hanok village.

Short stay in Seoul

Perfect location, just 120meters from bus station (airport bus). Metro is also near. Castle is just 1-2 minutes away. Many good coffee shops.Staff is friendly.

We were situated on the 2nd floor. There was like 1 meter from our window to the next building. So no daily light at all. We haven’t stayed in the room during the day but this might be disturbing.

Wonderful

Sadly no breakfasts Hotel is incredibly convenient and I walked to all main attractions. It was also clean and comfortable with great WiFi

it's an okay hotel in a great area of the city

The location is great, just a few minutes walking from the Joseon Palaces, and near many nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. The neighboordhood has many examples of very nice and quaint traditional architecture. There's also a jazz club (Chunnyun) nearby. The staff tries to be helpful. The room is clean.

The bathtub/shower seemed to be built to direct the water toward the bathroom floor, which doesn't seem to be a very smart design choice to me. The check-in/checkout time (15:00 and 12:00) are to be strictly and blindly obeyed, which again sounds a bit silly to me when there are rooms available.

no iron soap is limited (packed) cant use airconditioner during spring(?) the bed was hard no view paid the same amount of money for same amount of nights at another hotel and the differece was huge
